Shipping out

I got my date for shipping out recently. I'm leaving around August 21st. Most people know about the teaching job and are happy for me but also upset that I'm going to be so far away. I knew I couldn't stay in the states for my entire life. It's not my home. Anyway, I've started this journal for friends and family to keep an eye on me inbetween e-mail messages.
